Is coworking for me?

Are you currently working alone at home surrounded by domestic distractions? Fighting for a table and outlet space at Starbucks? Lonely and bored, staring at your computer screen and wishing you had other like-minded, creative individuals to help you knock around an idea? Then coworking may be for you! Check out this link.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5 p.m.  After hours coworking may be arranged on a case by case basis. Ask for details.

Where do I park?

OfficeSlice has limited number of designated parking spaces located in the building’s parking lot available for an a la carte monthly or daily fee. Please check with reception.
Street parking is readily available, but please follow all city parking regulations, including all posted signs and notices, to avoid being ticketed. You may want to consider riding public transportation, biking, or carpooling when coming to OfficeSlice.

What can I leave on my desk?

Unless you have rented a private desk, or a private office, all members must pack in and pack out each day. There is a locked closet available to store items overnight for an a la carte monthly fee. Please check with reception for availability.

What about using the phone?

For short, discreet calls (less than five minutes, and quiet), please feel free to take the call at your desk. If you are going to be longer than that, please use the kitchen, our reception area, or one of our dandy phone nooks. Remember coworking is all about mutual respect and kindness, so please don’t overdo it on the phone! If your type of business has you on the phone a lot, please think about renting a private office. If this is out of your budget, then complete your phone calls before or after you’re done coworking at OfficeSlice.

What if I don’t use all the days in my package?

Full use of the days purchased is up to you and must be used in the same calendar month. OfficeSlice does not grant refunds for unused membership days. Unused days cannot be rolled over into the following month or shared with another member. Please feel free to discuss your business needs with us at any time so that we can help you choose the right package of services for you. Packages can be adjusted at the start of each month if you find that your needs have changed. Remember, we exist for you to have a dedicated professional place to work as well as to collaborate, network, and profit. How you decide to do this is up to you!

When and how will I be invoiced?

When you decide to become an OfficeSlice member, you will set up an account with us. You can pay by recurring credit card charge or automatic bank withdrawal. All monthly fees are due on the first of the month. Invoices are delivered via email five days prior to the due date.

Can I bring clients or my customers to OfficeSlice?
